Longitudinal Early Alzheimer’s Disease Cohort – LEAD

The Longitudinal Early Alzheimer Cohort (LEAD) is a cohort of participants with mild cognitive impairment, subjective memory loss, early AD and normal control subjects including participants in earlier OPTIMA studies. The resource is designed to provide a platform for research to be undertaken that contributes to early diagnosis through biomarker discovery, imaging and neuropsychological assessment and to aims to help evaluate new treatments.

Resource Details

  • Participants aged >60 years.
  • Early Alzheimer’s disease, mild memory impairment, or control sample.
  • Blood samples and clinical data.
